Climbing is a uniquely awesome sport. But improving your  performance can be difficult if the limiting factor is your mindset.

Flow is an app that supports climbers in overcoming mental performance barriers by providing hands-on exercises by experts.

Empathise
Improving climbing performance can be difficult. Sometimes the limiting factor is not our physical capabilities but our mindset.

I've conducted a survey to understand what the most common mental challenges are that climbers face, what their needs in challenging situations are and how they approach their training routine.

Product Goal
Our mindset training app will let users overcome mental barriers which will affect climbers by providing hands-on exercises and tips by experts to optimise their mindset and improve their climbing experience. We will measure effectiveness by analysing individual improvements.
